How credits work

Four rules.

  • One credit, one briefing

    A credit is spent only when a briefing is delivered: decision, reasoning, sources, timing.

  • Junk is free

    Signups that fail the identity gate never reach research and never spend a credit. We don't charge for noise.

  • A fresh allowance each cycle

    Your plan includes 1,000 briefings each cycle. Unused plan credits don't carry over. Top-up credits you buy never expire.

  • Top up without upgrading

    Add 500-credit packs at $60 when a launch spikes volume. That's $0.12 a briefing.

The math

Five minutes of SDR research costs about $4 a signup. A Qualia briefing costs about $0.15.

What counts as a briefing?

One delivered decision on one signup: the verdict, the reasoning, the sources, and the timing. If the identity gate rejects a signup as junk, no briefing is produced and no credit is spent.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Briefings stop, charges stop. Your integration gets a clear quota error from the API. Nothing fails silently. Add a 500-credit pack at $60 to keep going, or wait for the next monthly refill of 1,000 credits.

Do credits expire?

Your plan credits are a per-cycle allowance: 1,000 fresh each month, and unused plan credits don't carry into the next month. Top-up packs you buy never expire.

Is there a per-seat fee?

No. $149 covers the workspace and never scales with headcount. Briefings draw from one shared credit pool.

Is annual billing available?

Yes. Annual Pro is $1,490 a year: 2 months free versus paying monthly, a saving of $298 (17%). It grants all 12,000 briefing credits up front for the year. That works out to about $0.12 a briefing.
