Deliver briefings to Slack
Post a message to a Slack channel each time Qualia finishes researching a signup, filtered by score and source.
Connect Slack and Qualia posts a briefing to a channel each time it finishes researching a signup. Your team sees who signed up, how well they fit, and what to talk about, without opening the dashboard. Setup takes a few clicks and no code.
What each message contains
Qualia posts one message per enriched signup. Depending on what research found, it includes:
- The person's name, email, title, and company.
- The fit label and score, such as Qualified · 72, with a short explanation.
- The parts of your ICP the person matches, and what is missing.
- Suggested talking points.
- Recent events that suggest good timing, such as funding or new hires.
- The research summary.
- A View briefing button that opens the signup in the dashboard.
Rejected and failed signups are never posted.
Connect Slack
- Open Settings → Slack and select Add to Slack.
- Approve the Qualia app for your Slack workspace.
- Back in Qualia, pick a Channel. For a private channel, run
/invite @Qualiain that channel first. - Optional: set filters. See Choose which signups to post.
- Select Send test to post a test message and confirm the setup works.
Changes save automatically. From now on, each signup that finishes research posts to the channel.
Choose which signups to post
Two filters control what reaches the channel. With no filters set, every enriched signup is posted.
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Minimum score | Posts only signups whose ICP fit score is at or above the value you pick. Signups without a score are not posted while this filter is set. |
| Sources | Posts only signups whose source matches one you pick. Use it to watch one signup path, such as signup_form, and skip others, such as backfill. |
source is the label you send with each signup. See Send context with each signup.
Check deliveries
The Recent deliveries table on the Slack settings page shows each recent message: whether it posted, and why a signup was skipped, for example because its score was below your minimum.
If Qualia loses access to your Slack workspace, the settings page shows a banner with steps to reconnect.
